This is the report we most want. Every figure this site produces is worked out from published veterinary sources, and the arithmetic is tested — but a plan that comes out wrong for a real animal is the only evidence that matters, and it has already changed the engine more than once.
Send the animal's weight, body condition score, the food, and what the site told you.Do not change how much you feed on the strength of a number you think is wrong. Ask your vet, and tell us.

A bug, or something broken
What you tapped, what happened, and which phone and browser. That last part matters more than it sounds — most of what has broken here broke on one browser only.
Your data, or deleting it
You can delete a pet, and everything logged under it, from your own dashboard. To get a copy of what is stored about you, or to erase your account entirely, email and say so — it will be done.
